Hi! My name is Caitlin Spinnato. I am the mom of a toddler by day, a cardiac nurse by night and a sleep by never! My husband and I both grew up on the shoreline of Connecticut, went to college here and decided to raise our family near family (wellllll there may have been some discrepancy once I got pregnant on the trip to look at homes in the south, but thats a different blog for a different day). Any who, my husband had been talking for years about buying a home with a lot of land. So after 6 years in our perfect, move in ready home, we decided to sell and buy a total fixer upper farmhouse on 13 acres of land.
